• All products are sold in original, sealed retail packaging.
• We make every effort to display products, flavors, and prices accurately, but packaging designs and availability may vary.
• Flavors listed for each brand are subject to stock. If your chosen flavor is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund before dispatch.
• Product images on the website are for illustration; the sealed retail product you receive is the authentic article.

• Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, or Threema at +971 52 832 2576, or through our website.
• Your order is confirmed only after we verify availability and you confirm the total. No payment is taken before confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with any payment made refunded in full.
• First-time customers receive 10% off their first order. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are current at the time of ordering.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or USDT, arranged privately in your order chat.
• We never store payment card or banking details on our website.

• Dubai: 1–3 hours. Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 3–6 hours. All other Emirates: same day.
• Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control; we will always keep you updated.
• All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
• Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address.

• Sealed products in unopened original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery — contact us first.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item, message us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.
• Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• Products are used at the customer’s own risk and discretion. Follow all manufacturer usage and storage instructions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, UAEVAPER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
