Returns & Warranty Policy
How we deal with returns and warranty from our customers. Some discussion ensued about that
Online (UAE Vaper) prides itself on providing excellent quality products. All products are tested before distribution. However, sometimes there are faults, and we understand that this is far from ideal as nobody wants to be without their vape for very long. so, you may return defective items within 7 days of the received date. Our policy covers the manufacturer’s defective items, dead on arrival items, and items that do not appear as listed on the website.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace devices that have been physically damaged from being dropped, smashed, or run over, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return. Visible physical damage such as dents or chipped paint from dropping or water damage can also invalidate any warranty claim.
It does not cover accidental damage, damage incurred because a product was used incorrectly or not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or ordinary wear and tear. In the interest of sanitary reasons and the safety of our customers and staff, we Do Not accept returns of atomizers, clearomizer, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, and wire.
In order to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Team. Otherwise, Any unsolicited or unauthorized returns sent to us will be disposed of.
A refund or exchange can be claimed within 2 days of buying the products. The claim will become void after that period. In order to claim the refund or return, the items must be returned in an unused and new condition packed in original factory packing. All items sold can not be returned unless. Packaging mistakes and factory defects.
Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.
Should we discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 14 days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it.
(Uaevaper.com) is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items. We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Returns must be received within 10 working days. If an item is not returned within this time frame, we will no longer be able to accept it.
You will be acknowledged the receipt of your item via email once we receive it. On inspection of the item, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund via mail. In case of approval, your refund will be processed in bank transfer or cash in some cases. In case of rejection, the same products will ship back to your shipping address.

Please note : Return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong items.
